Luxury Townhouse | Rooftop Pool | Sotogrande

“The communication from Jon was prompt, helpful and accurate & the self check-in was easy. The location was lovely close enough to all the attractions it was also very peaceful and rural. The house itself is a dream! We had plenty of space and loads of wardrobe space which makes a nice change. It was as described with lovely furnishings Inc a champagne bucket & stand, sadly we didn’t use it this time!. The outdoor spaces provided lounging areas with sun beds and of course the ‘wow factor’ pool on the roof was a must in the recent heatwave. Highlights 1. The welcome pack of water, cold beers & wine, pasta & pesto, coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, life savers! 2. The beds were very comfortable and the simple decor, good air conditioning meant we all slept really well. 3. Eating together around the big table on the terrace. 4. The pool, don’t know what we would have done without it!! 5. Being so close to many lovely beaches and restaurants Thanks J & B we’ll be back.”

“What a place to relax ! Clean, modern, and as described! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed for a stress free holiday! The communal areas were so lovely ☺️ and there was always a favoured spot depending on the time of day. The bed, bedding and pillows were super comfy and the en-suite bathrooms were stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner. We loved relaxing on the front terrace for breakfast and the top terrace for lunch .. sundowners on any terrace was great! We felt relaxed with our dog there and the walk up the road leading to the Polo club was great for her daily walks. We did the walk to Sotogrande in the day once, which was about 40 minutes on a trail, but recommend getting a taxi or driving there of an evening (although it is short distance). Communication before and throughout was fantastic! The instructions for arrival and access were the best I’ve had through AirBnB no probs at all with check in check out! Lovely place !”

“Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen! Sie war perfekt für unsere Familie mit zwei Teenagern, bot ausreichend Platz und gleichzeitig eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Der Pool war unser absolutes Highlight; dort haben wir viele entspannte und erfrischende Stunden verbracht. An den Strand ist es aber auch nicht weit. Insbesondere am Hafen von Sotogrande gibt es sehr nette Strandbars und Restaurants. Die Umgebung der Villa ist unglaublich ruhig und friedlich. Besonders viel Spass haben uns kurze Spaziergänge zum nahegelegenen Polo-Feld gemacht, wo wir den Pferden beim Training zuschauen konnten. Ein einmaliges Erlebnis! Die Gastgeber waren äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist toll. Alles ist brandneu, von guter Qualität und mit Sorgfalt ausgesucht. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt hier wirklich perfekt. Vielen Dank für die unvergesslichen Erinnerungen!”

“Desde el primer dia que reservamos Jon y Bettina nos hizo sentir comodos. Como si fueramos amigos de siempre. Lo que se ve en fotos es parecido pero una vez dentro de la casa, nos sentimos como en casa y en seguridad, cada dormitorio ( los 4 ) con su sala de baño equipada y aire acondicionado. Comedor ( 8 personas ) interior con aire acomdicionado o comedor exterior teraza de alante con una seccion sofas exterior. Cocina equipada. Y que mejor que tener yna vista increible a las montañas cuando el sol se esconde en su piscina arriba en el tejado de la casa, con su espacio bbq, nevera y barra exterior, sin contar con yna mesa para comer. Ensi antes de entrar en el complejo hay que pasar una reja con control remoto ( Seguridad Increible con niños ). Entre todos nosotros le valoramos un 10 estrellas . “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay! We had an incredible stay here! The apartment was spotless, tidy, and very well-equipped — from fresh towels and linens to a thoughtful welcome with water, coffee and drinks. The host provided a personal guidebook with local tips that made exploring the area even easier. The pool was a highlight — crystal clear with a breathtaking view. We also enjoyed a few games of ping pong! The location is great, with both the beach and supermarket just a short drive away. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a beautiful setting. Would absolutely stay again! Bjorn and Sari”

“THANK you Jon & Bettina for making us feel like home! We really enjoyed staying at your house. You made us feel so welcome with a very easy arrival and departure with your spotless and detailed guided descriptions to follow. We liked the quiet and gated location and easy parking. The decor in all rooms was modern, light and updated. You clearly invested in a great bed (we only used bedroom in the ground floor) and we always appreciate to sleep well when we are away from home. We would love to be back to stay with you if future travel plans bring us back in the area.”
