We're part of Canarias Property Solutions SL, a real estate group with deep roots in the property industry. As real estate agents and holiday rental owners ourselves, we've felt the frustration of high platform fees firsthand.

While CasaLinking is growing, the standard submission fee is currently waived for qualifying property managers (5 or more properties). Every property you submit while our Founding Member allocation is still open stays free forever, the same as any other founding member listing — standard annual pricing only applies to properties you add after that allocation is filled.
