Two kinds of stays
Holiday rentals — short stays, priced and available by the night, with live availability calendars so you know exactly when a property is free.
Medium-term rentals — for longer stays (a month or more), aimed at remote workers, relocators, and anyone needing a home base for longer than a holiday. These aren't bookable instantly online — terms, price, and duration get worked out directly with the owner, since every longer stay is a bit different.

Contact the owner directly to arrange your stay and payment — many owners accept secure online payment sent directly to them, others prefer bank transfer or another method you'll agree between you.
