Welcome to CASA LINKING, an online platform operated by Canarias Property Solutions SL (CIF: B21949185, registered address: Calle Guirre 6, 35660 Las Palmas, Spain) (“CASA LINKING”, “we”, “us”), designed to connect property owners with potential guests for holiday and medium-term rentals. By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which govern CASA LINKING’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
CASA LINKING is an advertising platform that facilitates the connection between property owners and potential guests. CASA LINKING does not act as a booking agent, and we are not responsible for any bookings, cancellations, or other agreements made between property owners and guests. All bookings, communications, and transactions are conducted directly between the property owner and the guest.
All property listings submitted through the CASA LINKING owner dashboard are reviewed by our team before being published. Listings are not visible to guests until approved. CASA LINKING may request changes to a listing, or decline to publish it, at our discretion — for example if information appears inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, or if the listing does not meet these terms.
CASA LINKING is currently offering a limited-time launch promotion: the first 1,000 property listings approved on the platform qualify as Founding Member listings and remain free forever, even after the promotion ends and standard pricing begins.
After the first 1,000 Founding Member listings are filled, standard pricing is €199 per year per property (inclusive of payment processing costs).
Property managers and owners submitting multiple properties (5 or more) may qualify for our property manager program. While CasaLinking is in its growth phase, the standard per-listing submission fee is currently waived for qualifying property managers — though this may change in future as the platform grows. All listings remain subject to our standard review process, and once the Founding Member allocation is filled, standard annual pricing per property applies the same as any other listing. For listings that use CasaLinking’s integrated Stripe payment system, guest payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, and funds are paid out directly to the property owner’s own bank account. CASA LINKING is never the merchant of record for these bookings and never holds guest funds at any point.
Stripe charges its own standard processing fee on each successful payment (currently around 1.5% + €0.25 per payment for standard European cards, with different rates for premium, UK, or internationally-issued cards — see Stripe’s published pricing for current rates). This fee is set and collected by Stripe, not by CASA LINKING.
In addition, CASA LINKING applies a service fee of 0.5% of each payment processed through this system, to cover the cost of providing and maintaining the payment platform, including automated deposit and balance collection, calendar date-blocking, and cancellation/refund handling. This is a service fee for the use of our payment system — it is not a booking commission, and it is separate from the annual listing subscription described above. It applies only to payments made through CASA LINKING’s Stripe integration, and does not apply to any booking or payment arranged directly between a guest and a property owner outside this system.
Both fees are deducted automatically before payout; property owners do not need to calculate or pay anything separately. CASA LINKING’s service fee is subject to change, and any change will be applied prospectively and communicated in line with the Modifications section below.

Property descriptions submitted in a language other than English may be automatically translated for display on the platform. CASA LINKING does not guarantee the accuracy of automated translations and is not liable for any discrepancies between the original and translated text.
Where a property owner connects an external calendar (such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or VRBO), CASA LINKING displays availability information pulled automatically from that external source. CASA LINKING does not control and cannot guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of this third-party data.
CASA LINKING is not a party to any rental agreement or contract made between the property owner and the guest. We provide only an advertising service, and as such, we cannot guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any properties listed on the site.

All disputes must be resolved directly between the guest and the property owner. CASA LINKING disclaims any and all liability in relation to these matters.
Property owners are responsible for keeping their property listings up-to-date, including availability, pricing, and property information. CASA LINKING is not liable for any consequences that arise from outdated, incorrect, or misleading information in property listings.
CASA LINKING reserves the right to remove or unpublish any property listing that violates these terms and conditions, contains false or misleading information, violates local laws or regulations, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate. We may remove listings without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, list a property, or make an inquiry through CASA LINKING.
The CASA LINKING website, including its design, logo, and text (excluding property listing content provided by owners), is the property of CASA LINKING and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CASA LINKING and its operators, affiliates, or employees shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of income, reputation, or inconvenience, arising from the use of this website or any interaction between property owners and guests.
Your use of CASA LINKING is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. This does not affect any statutory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence within the EU.
CASA LINKING reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use the website after any changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions. We will notify users of significant changes through the website or email when possible.
