The villa offers a lovely balance of indoor and outdoor living, with an L-shaped terrace and a small garden area perfect for relaxing in the Lanzarote sunshine. Inside, the ground floor has an open-plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge features a comfortable L-shaped sofa and TV with UK channels, and opens directly onto the terrace. The lounge has air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, blender and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cookware. There’s also a convenient downstairs cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. At the front of the villa, there is a utility room which houses a washing machine for guest use. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, both with sea views and fitted wardrobes offering hanging space and drawers. The main bedroom has air conditioning and a Smart TV.
