Casa Barroni is located in a small, private residential area of Faro Park. This modern, three bedroomed, two bathroomed villa has a heated private pool two hot tubs, and sea and mountain views! The villa is modern, bright and airy, and has lots of tasteful and colourful decorations. The villa is detached, and sits on a large plot with well-maintained gardens filled with Canarian plants. The villa has lots of extras to make your stay comfortable. There is free Wi-Fi, and UK TV channels are available, so that you can watch all your favourite programmes. On the ground floor is a lounge with leather sofas and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace, and a dining room seating 6 guests which also has patio doors onto the terrace. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor – one with a double bed, and one with twin beds – both have views onto the pool. The well-equipped kitchen has oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, and lots of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin. Upstairs is the master bedroom with kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The master bedroom has television, a dressing area, and two private sunbathing terraces with sea and mountain views. The upper terraces have a hot tub, sun loungers and a full set of table and chairs. The ground floor outdoor area has a beautiful heated pool with a cover, and hot tub, Canarian barbeque, 3 outdoor seated areas for alfresco dining, or shade from the sun under the pergola. Raised garden walls allow our guests privacy and shelter whilst they relax in the sun. For family entertainment there is a pool table, a table tennis table and dartboard. The property has lots of extras such as a hairdryer in each bathroom, pool towels, safety deposit box (free to use), and we provide a welcome pack with water, wine, juice, tea, coffee and milk. There is coin operated air con in the master bedroom, ground floor double bedroom and lounge area. There is parking directly outside the door of the villa. Casa Barroni is just a 5 minute walk from the coastal path and 8-10 minute walk to the Faro Park amenities. Faro Park has great selection of restaurants and bars. There is a small, well-stocked supermarket. Playa Blanca town centre is just 10 minutes by car or taxi, or you can take the Playa Blanca circular bus which stops at Faro Park shops. You can also walk all the way along the seafront path, which takes about 45 minutes.
