“La casa è situata all'interno del complesso residenziale America II, in zona un po' decentrata, ma molto gradevole e tranquilla. In macchina si raggiunge il centro in 5-7 minuti, a piedi ci vogliono meno di 30 minuti. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono 2 grandi supermercati (Lidl e Mercadona) La casa ha un arredamento moderno, e si sviluppa su un piano solo: ha un parcheggio privato, una grande zona giorno "open space" (con cucina, salone con divano angolare a penisola, smart tv, soggiorno), un bagno molto spazioso, (con doccia a pavimento e lavatrice), 2 camere da letto (una matrimoniale, con grande armadio, una decisamente piccola, con 2 letti singoli -che si possono unire- e un piccolo armadio) Sul retro c'è un grande spazio aperto, con lettini prendisole, un divanetto ed una vasca d'acqua (tipo mini-piscina, 3x1,6x0,6 m. circa) per rinfrescarsi. Da qui una scala esterna porta ad una grande terrazza superiore, con spazio per stendere il bucato. La cucina è completamente attrezzata di tutto ciò che può servire x cucinare/mangiare, con lavastoviglie, forno tradizionale, forno a microonde, grill elettrico, bollitore e macchina caffè "Dolce Gusto" (acquistata nuova per noi dal gentilissimo Ian, il proprietario). C'erano anche detersivi e detergenti. Il complesso residenziale è accessibile tramite telecomando che apre un cancello principale (quindi è molto sicuro), ed ha una bella piscina comunitaria, grande, con lettini prendisole a disposizione. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo, anche grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario: consigliamo vivamente Vista Bayuyo!!”

“Tras varios años yendo a Fuerteventura, sin duda este alojamiento es uno de los mejores en los que hemos estado, la ubicación, la tranquilidad, la limpieza y la amabilidad del anfitrión (siempre disponible para ayudar y haciendo todo lo posible para que te sientas como en tu propia casa) sin duda, volveremos sin pensarlo. Creo que las fotos no le hacen justicia, ya que también dispone de una amplia terraza solarium, con sol todo el día e intimidad absoluta. A los vecinos ni se les escucha y hay un ambiente de respeto en la urbanización que es justo lo que buscábamos, algo cerca de todo pero lo suficientemente alejado para descansar sin ruido.
