We are a Dutch family from Almere and over the past few years we have fallen completely in love with Spain! This started our search for a place of our own, and we were thrilled when we bought an apartment last year. Together with our children (aged 7 and 10), we now enjoy multiple holidays in southern Europe. Since we can't always be there, we've also decided to rent it out. It's simply too beautiful to leave empty for so long. “Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit mooie, moderne appartement. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een fijne airco, wat met het warme weer echt ideaal was. De keuken is uitgebreid en compleet ingericht. Ook vonden wij het erg fijn dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is. Het zwembad naast de deur was ook echt een pluspunt. Het was er heerlijk rustig en daardoor perfect met jonge kinderen. De ligging van het appartement is erg fijn: alles is goed bereikbaar en er is veel in de omgeving te doen. Ook de host was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ontvangst en sleuteloverdracht verliepen heel prettig. Mayon heeft ons de sleutel gebracht en alles goed uitgelegd. Ze was supervriendelijk en reageerde altijd snel op onze vragen. Kortom, wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad en zouden dit appartement zeker aanraden, vooral aan gezinnen met jonge kinderen!”

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement était tout simplement parfait, et même encore mieux que sur les photos. Tout est pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort au quotidien, avec de nombreux équipements de qualité qui rendent le séjour très agréable. Le logement était impeccable, d’une propreté irréprochable, et les hôtes ont été très réactifs, disponibles et agréables tout au long de notre séjour. La piscine est magnifique, très bien entretenue et particulièrement calme, idéale pour se détendre. L’environnement est paisible et tout correspond parfaitement à la description. Il y a beaucoup de commodité à proximité ce qui rend les petites courses confortables. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir si l’occasion se présente. Merci encore à Pascal et Marina pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme !”

“Un séjour en famille parfait a Los Alcázares ! Le logement est impeccable, très propre, confortable et on ne manque de rien. Tout était réuni pour passer de superbes vacances très reposante. Pascal et Marina sont vraiment adorables, gentils, accueillants et très attentionnés. On s’est tout de suite sentis à l’aise. La piscine est également superbe, très agréable et surtout avec très peu de monde, ce qui permet de vraiment profiter et de se détendre tranquillement. 🏖️☀️ Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques, reposantes et ressourçantes. “Vi hadde store forventninger til oppholdet og disse ble innfridd på en svært god måte. Verten tok oss i mot og ga oss omvisning og instruksjoner for leiligheten. Vennlig og imøtekommende, god oppfølging og kom med anbefalinger og tips til aktiviteter og restauranter. Omgivelse rundt var svært fine, eget basseng til leilighetene, stort og fint og perfekt for små og store. Leiligheten var flott, ren og hadde alt vi hadde behov for under hele oppholdet. Egen parkering til leiligheten i kjeller, var veldig greit. Vil absolutt anbefale både leiligheten og området til alle. Tusen takk til Pascal og Marina for ett nydelig opphold. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!😀”

“We stayed here for a week.What a lovely clean apartment with a water filter ,so no need to carry water from supermarket!! It had everything you could need and a fully equiped kitchen.We were next to the pool which was kept imaculate and cleaned daily. What i would say is you definatley benefit from a car to get around ,we enjoyed a trip to Cartagena,torrevieja and regularly went into Los Alcatres town.We loved El Patio for dinner... Would defo visit again.Thankyou.Louise and Colin.”

“Très joli logement. Propre, bien équipé, très calme et tout aussi confortable que pratique. Il est situé juste à côté d'un parcours de golf, pour les amateurs... Pour d'autres activités, il faut prendre sa voiture. Je suis paraplégique, en fauteuil roulant, manuel et je n'ai éprouvé aucune difficulté pour me mouvoir dans l'appartement ou pour accéder à la place de parking, assez large, d'ailleurs. Rien à redire, d'un point de vue communication. Merci beaucoup !”
