“Wir waren 4 Wochen als Familie in der Wohnung von Frank und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders schön fanden wir den Ausblick vom Balkon und den Fenstern aufs Meer mit den Surfern und den Paraglidern. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und wir konnten immer schnell in den Lago Martianez zum Baden. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und bot alles, was wir benötigten. Parken kann man an der Wohnung nicht. Wir haben den kostenlosen großen Parkplatz am Hafen genutzt (Laufzeit ca. 10 Minuten). Man kann direkt vor der Wohnung auf einem Taxistreifen kurz halten und Ein- und Ausladen. Die tolle Lage der Wohnung hatte einen Nachteil, das der Lärm der Straße (Müllabfuhr, hupende Autos, Bars in der Nähe) in dem einen Schlafzimmer doch schon gut hörbar war. Zudem hat das angrenzende Hotel zweimal am Tag Animation mit lauter Musik. Unser Gastgeber Frank war immer gut erreichbar und wir können Ihn und seine Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.”

“Nous recommandons chaudement cet appartement. Il est impeccable et complet, il n’y manque rien. Très bien situé, du balcon on voit la mer et les surfeurs. Cuisine très bien équipée, 5 électroménagers, beaucoup d’espace de rangement. Matelas confortables. Grandes garde-robes. Fenestré sur 3 côtés. Il y a même un sac à commissions sur roulettes pour faire l’épicerie ! Le seul hic est la difficulté de stationner. Surtout : Frank est un hôte hors-pair, il se soucie de notre confort et réagit promptement à nos demandes.”
