“It was fantastic!!! The open roof for the warm days to get that nice breeze but also sunshine, this was higher than my expectations ever were. This for an apartment is more like a luxury mini Vila with double floors, not to mention the stunning tiles through out. The view from the balcony is unbelievable, the residents had been ever so polite and happy to help if they saw us struggle lol, which was a lot with a few in us lol. I have been going and staying in lanzarote 6 times per year minimum and also owned a Vila here. This has been and I think it will always be the best choice I have had. Value for money was epic. It’s at the very start of the me strip the very first shop was a major plus and bonus for me and partner, we have agreed we will no longer stay anywhere else and do not tend on doing so either ❤️ Thank you very much for the helpful replies & allowing us to live at you’re location for 1 week, next time will definitely be 2 weeks as this was an epic stay!!! “Es aún más precioso en persona, se nota que está muy bien cuidado y limpísimo, la decoración es ideal. La ubicación además es maravillosa, y en a penas 3 minutos estás en la playa. Cuenta con todo detalle, la cocina tiene vajilla, tostadora, vitro, microondas, cubertería, cazuelas, etc. Y a pesar de estar próximo a la zona de tiendas, es una zona tranquilísima, sin ningún ruido por las noches, se descansa genial. Por otra parte el anfitrión genial, le pregunté varias dudas y las resolvió al momento, además las instrucciones que nos dieron para acceder al apartamento fueron muy claras, y super útiles. Leí en comentarios que otros usuarios se quejaban de las escaleras, es cierto que son bastantes, pero dan el acceso perfecto a la calle principal, por lo que para nosotros no fue problema (a tener en cuenta personas con movilidad reducida o niños pequeños).”

“Loved the location. It is 90 seconds walk from the strip with all the bars and restaurants, but we had zero noise from there. We could hear and see the ocean though which was beautiful. The apartment is well appointed and the bedrooms and bathrooms are a generous size. The layout is reverse living which made the bedrooms cooler ans the view better.”
