L'ampio e luminoso soggiorno-sala da pranzo è ben arredato e dotato di una smart TV che offre canali UK, Netflix, Prime Video e una collezione di DVD. Uno spazio di lavoro dedicato con connessione internet affidabile è disponibile per chi ha necessità di lavorare da remoto. La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di piano cottura a induzione, forno, lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè, microonde, pentola a cottura lenta e ampi spazi di archiviazione. Entrambe le camere da letto e il soggiorno sono dotate di unità di climatizzazione, ventilatori a soffitto e zanzariere. Il bagno e la stanza doccia beneficiano di riscaldamento a pavimento per i periodi più freddi. All'esterno, troverete ampi spazi terrazzati con comodi posti a sedere, un giardino privato completamente recintato e un'area cucina esterna completa di una qualità barbecue a gas. Il punto forte è la piscina privata con acqua salata e opzione riscaldata (€15 al giorno, richiedendo tre giorni di preavviso), che offre viste spettacolari sul Monte Maroma e la campagna circostante. È disponibile anche una doccia esterna. La posizione offre una vera tranquillità—a circa 1,5 km dalla strada principale, a cinque minuti di auto o 30 minuti a piedi dal piccolo villaggio di Sedella. L'aeroporto di Málaga dista poco più di un'ora, e la spiaggia di Torre del Mar è a 35 minuti di auto. Perfetto per chi cerca un isolamento tranquillo; meno ideale se l'accesso facile quotidiano alle comodità urbane è essenziale.

“Deborah’s place was a wonderful oasis. Set in the Spanish mountainside away from the busy costal resorts, this place is a peaceful gem. Well equipped for guests (including plenty of crockery and little touches like board games and citronella candles and a few complimentary local wine bottles), with a great pool, garden and BBQ. Lovely little balcony area to have your morning coffee / evening sundowner and watch the mountainside and Spanish campo. Great for stargazing. WiFi was very reliable and supported 2 of us working remotely. Air con also worked well. Only slight downside is that you are not really in walking distance of any restaurants (the few in Sedella which is a 25 min walk were all closed during our stay) but the BBQ area more than made up for that for us. There were a couple of nice bars in Sedella though. We loved having the cats to keep us company! Overall would not hesitate to recommend this place for a peaceful escape and we would not think twice about coming back.”

“Wer eine Auszeit vom stressigen Alltag braucht, Ruhe sucht, die Natur liebt und sich an einer fantastische Aussicht erfreut, wird hier fündig! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und es wurde an wirklich alles gedacht(Fön, Toaster, Kaffeemaschinen [Phillips L'or], Tupperdosen...) Der Außenbereich ist absolut fantastisch! Ein klasse Pool mit Außendusche, mehrere hochwertige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, eine Außenküche, viele Sonnenschirme und eine liebevoll angelegte Bepflanzung (inklusive Kräuter). Wir haben uns fast den gesamten Urlaub draußen aufhalten - so schön war es. Für einen kühlen Kopf im Haus sorgen jeweils Klimaanlagen und Deckenventilatoren, die das Haus schnell runterkühlen. Perfekte Betreuung vor Ort gibt es durch Caroline (Hausverwaltung) die uns stets schnell half. Tipp: Wenn man in Malaga landet, bietet es sich an, seine frischen Vorräte direkt auf dem Markt zu kaufen, denn es gibt einen großen Kühl- Gefrierschrank. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus in den Bergen oberhalb Torrox!Wer die Ruhe und die Abgeschiedenheit liebt ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus war super ausgestattet!Jedes Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage, die man ab Juli dann auch benötigte. Auch Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Die Küche hatte alles was das Herz begehrte. Man musste keine Zutaten wie Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer und Gewürze kaufen, da diese bereits vorhanden waren. Der Gasgrill hatte das Haus noch komplettiert. Das Grillen abends bei Sonnenuntergang, den Blick auf die Landschaft / Berge und auf den erleuchteten Pool war einfach toll. Wir haben unseren langen Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen!Das Dorf Sedella ist mit dem Auto 2,5 Kilometer entfernt. Es hat eines kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft und ein Restaurant. Das zweite Restaurant hatte nie geöffnet.”

“Prachtig huis op een prachtige locatie!! 10 dagen genoten van de rust en het uitzicht 🤩 Alles is naar wens verlopen, het huis was kraaknet bij aankomst en het zwembad ook. Normaal was het om 16u check-in maar op de middag kregen we al een berichtje van Caroline dat we vroeger in het huis mochten,TOP !! Caroline zeer vriendelijke dame!!! Voor mensen die houden van de rust , stilte en de mooie natuur is dit een absolute aanrader! En als je het graag iets drukker hebt , 30 á 40 min rijden tot aan de kust met de wagen en daar heb je alle voorzieningen zoals grote supermarkten enzovoort.... Bij ons was het de eerste keer in deze streek rond Malaga en het zal zeker niet bij de laatste keer blijven 👌😊”

“Having wanted somewhere to spend a month relaxing in the sunshine in beautiful, peaceful, and private surroundings, Las Cinco Palmeras proved to be the perfect choice. The villa was clean and well equipped and we loved the lovely terrace and pool area (bathed in all day sunshine), the shaded veranda (ideal for afternoon drinks), the outdoor kitchen and dining area (perfect for al fresco evening meals), and the air conditioning system (ideal for pre-cooling the bedrooms ahead of a good nights sleep). Both Deborah and Caroline were responsive and helpful before and during our stay making our time at Las Cinco Palmeras a smooth, enjoyable, and hassle free experience. Hopefully we’ll be returning soon!”

“We had a very peaceful and relaxing holiday with our two children. The views are amazing. The villa had everything we could need. Deborah answered all of our questions and Caroline the host, met us when we arrived to show us around. This is a stunning villa with a lovely pool. It is remote, but the roads are easy to navigate and drive on. It is not too far off the main road. But you are up in the mountains. You will need a car to get around as there is nothing to walk to. The beach took us about 50 minutes to drive to. Sedella is a lovely but very small village. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat with a stunning view and amazing pool, you cant go wrong.”
