L'appartamento è completamente attrezzato, inclusi: cucina con piano cottura e forno, lavatrice e seggiolone e lettino (su richiesta). C'è una piscina comunale recentemente ristrutturata e recintata con piccola piscina per bambini. È disponibile il parcheggio gratuito in strada intorno alla proprietà.

“We had a wonderful stay at Mateus‘ apartment. The location is great, bars, restaurants, supermarket etc. is in walking distance. On top you have a wonderful seaview and really nice and quiet neighbors. Mateus was a great host! He gave us sightseeing tips, showed us around and responded really fast. If we needed anything, he came around few minutes later - we couldn’t imagine a greater stay. Thank you so much Mateus!”

“Had a great stay in the corner apartment. Exactly as shown in the photos, in a great location - walking distance to Playa los Lagos (sheltered beach), and lots of good restaurants. The apartment has many north facing patio doors, which provided amazing natural air conditioning. Nice hosts - provided very clear instructions and we had no trouble getting in. Will definitely book a return trip here.”

“We had a fabulous 11 nights in El Cotillo. The apartment was even better than expected. Great location for the Lagoons, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Couldn't be bettered. Mateus was really helpful and quick to respond to any questions / queries - we would definitely contact him again for an apartment for any future trips. Sue and Steve”
