L'appartement est entièrement équipé, notamment : cuisine avec plaque de cuisson et four, machine à laver, chaise haute et lit bébé (sur demande). Il y a une piscine commune nouvellement rénovée et sécurisée avec un petit bassin pour enfants. Un stationnement gratuit dans la rue est disponible tout autour de la propriété.

“We had a wonderful stay at Mateus‘ apartment. The location is great, bars, restaurants, supermarket etc. is in walking distance. On top you have a wonderful seaview and really nice and quiet neighbors. Mateus was a great host! He gave us sightseeing tips, showed us around and responded really fast. If we needed anything, he came around few minutes later - we couldn’t imagine a greater stay. Thank you so much Mateus!”

“Had a great stay in the corner apartment. Exactly as shown in the photos, in a great location - walking distance to Playa los Lagos (sheltered beach), and lots of good restaurants. The apartment has many north facing patio doors, which provided amazing natural air conditioning. Nice hosts - provided very clear instructions and we had no trouble getting in. Will definitely book a return trip here.”

“We had a fabulous 11 nights in El Cotillo. The apartment was even better than expected. Great location for the Lagoons, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Couldn't be bettered.
