Duquesa Holiday Rental

“An outstanding property coupled with exceptional customer focussed interaction with the owner Paul. The apartment is immaculate, modern and well appointed. It is a short walking distance to the port of Duquesa. There is a bit of a hill on the walk but there are bars on the way if you need a pitstop on the short journey! The views from the balcony are beautiful and when the sun shines the balcony is the place to be. There are a number of supermarkets very close by so eating in is as easy as eating out. When the weather lets you down Paul has provided tv packages to keep you entertained. We had a car and were provided with secure parking in the gated community. The apartment is in an urbanisation which is no more than a hours drive from Malaga airport. There are white washed villages close by. Of particular beauty is Casares which is outstanding in its own right. Manilva is a short drive away too. Ronda is a drive across the mountains but is well worth the drive. There are a number of bars and places to eat in Duquesa and a short walk along the coast gets you to Sabanillas. As an end note. From two people who are fussy about where we stay we have nothing but praise for this property.”

“We are a family of 2 adults and a 6 year old daughter who wanted to spend Christmas week in the sun. This apartment met all our needs and even exceeded some expectations. Superfriendly, helpful and flexible owner who would respond to any queries immediately. The apartment is located on the second floor, has a balcony and a nice view of the sea. Great for morning coffees or evening drinks. The apartment was absolutely spotless with a fully equipped kitchen and two toilets (bath and shower cubicle). Nice firm beds. Pool was close due to winter season but there is a communal garden where you can sit and sunbathe. The apartment is located about 15 min walk from the marina where there is a good selection of restaurants and bars. There are also local restaurants and bars 5 min walk down the hill from the apartment. Thank you for making our Christmas pleasant and memorable.”

“We had an absolutely perfect stay at this beautiful apartment in Duquesa. The place was tastefully decorated, incredibly well-equipped, and very comfortable — a true home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Caroline, the guest liaison, was extremely helpful and always available with tips and assistance. Paul, the owner, was equally kind and accommodating, making sure everything went smoothly. Just a short 400-meter walk down the road is a charming little square with English-style tapas bars offering delicious food, reasonably priced drinks, friendly locals, and a great atmosphere. A bit further down, about 1.3 km away at the port, you'll find a fantastic variety of restaurants and bars to satisfy every culinary craving. All in all, it was a wonderful holiday in every respect. We’re already looking forward to coming back!”

“Un apartamento que no le falta de nada. Unas vistas impresionantes. Ideal para desconectar y descansar. Los anfitriones súper atentos y aunque al principio iba con un miedo a cuidar demasiado el apartamento por las normas que te estipulan, al llegar al apartamento nos relajamos y no pudimos más que disfrutarlo. Las normas que te establecen son de sentido común y entendible para cuidar y mantener el apartamento. Salimos encantados”

“Ren och fin lägenhet, passar riktigt bra för fyra personer. Fin utsikt och gångavstånd till hamnen med flera bra restauranger. Värden var mycket tillmötesgående och svarade på alla frågor vi hade. Enkelt med bilparkering och allting var problemfritt. Kan rekommendera både lägenhet och värd för den som vill besöka området. Om vi kommer tillbaka till la Duquesa så kommer vi försöka bo här igen.”

“Śliczny, komfortowy apartament z niesamowitym widokiem z tarasu. Bez względu czy przyjeżdżasz tu na tydzień jak my czy na dłużej. Wyposażenie apartamentu spokojnie pozwoli Ci spędzić tu komfortowo swoje wakacje. Apartament był czysty, komfortowy a taras to najlepsza część tego apartamentu. Spędzaliśmy tu wszystkie poranki.
