Cette villa au décor élégant avec 2 chambres et piscine privée est parfaite pour un séjour magnifique ! La villa est située au bout d'une impasse, entre Marina Rubicon et le centre de Playa Blanca. (Costa Papagayo) Découvrez la villa et la piscine : À côté de la terrasse se trouve une belle piscine (5,5 x 4 / profondeur 1,70 mètre) et une piscine séparée peu profonde/pour enfants (4x4 / profondeur 0,80 mètre). Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. Des chaises longues, une table avec des chaises et d'autres espaces de détente confortables au soleil et à l'ombre. Et bien sûr, le barbecue en pierre (charbon) est incontournable. Le tout est entouré de palmiers tropicaux et de plantes. La Casa del Sol Naciente est moderne et meublée avec élégance. Le salon dispose de deux canapés confortables, d'une télévision avec chaînes internationales, de la climatisation et du Wi-Fi gratuit. La salle à manger dispose d'une grande table avec des chaises confortables. La cuisine est également entièrement équipée. Elle comprend un grand réfrigérateur et congélateur, un four, un lave-vaisselle, une machine à laver, une plaque de cuisson électrique, un micro-ondes, un grille-pain, une cafetière Nespresso et de nombreux verres, assiettes et couverts. Il y a une chambre et une salle de bains au rez-de-chaussée. La chambre dispose de deux lits simples et la salle de bains attenante dispose d'un lavabo, d'une baignoire avec douche (dans la baignoire) et d'une toilette. Il y a une chambre à l'étage. “Location was really good for us as we had a hire car from the airport. Directions provided were really easy to follow and we found the villa with ease, even though it was night time. The villa didn't disappoint and is even better than the photos. It was comfortable, clean and had lovely touches, such as a DAB radio, smart TV with international and British TV along with a subscription for Netflix. Was super easy to use too. Wifi provided was ok and adequate for us, but intermittent signal occasionally, but we'd promised not to be on our phones all day anyway! The kitchen lacked cupboards to put food away, but we managed to find some space and again, didn't bother us. Kitchen utensils and plates a plenty and of good quality too. We had a lovely bottle of wine on arrival which was unexpected and a nice touch and unusually for villas (and we've stayed in a few) there were leftovers in the utility room, such as sun creams, after sun, deodorants, shower gel etc and you are encouraged to leave anything you're not taking home. This is such a good idea, as I'd forgotten talcum powder and someone had left theirs! There was also salt, sugar, coffee, coffee pods for the machine and we did our best to leave as much as we could knowing that others might benefit from it. The pools were amazingly warm - heated even in the summer months, and meant that we had a late night dip most nights. Beds were comfy and using the air con on a meter is genius and welcomed. Over all we had a lovely week away and we would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing self catered break. Thanks to Vanessa (owner) who communicated with me when Booking.com were useless and to Suzanne for dropping in to check on our pool. Hope to see you again next year!”

“It was a real home from home with everything you could possibly want. Everything was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The outside space was particularly welcoming. Love the way the owners have made different areas for different times of the day (and sun!) This Villa is owned and looked after by people who really care. They truly want to make sure that their guests have everything they need. They care about their guests and it really shows in the attention to detail. Communication was really good. I asked a question about the coffee making facilities before we arrived ….. and Vanessa ensured that there was a cafetière for me! Aldi was just a short 5 minute walk away. I would really struggle to make suggestions to improve the Villa. Thank you. We will definitely be back.”

“Thank you so much for allowing us to use your beautiful home. We have stayed at Playa blanca before, and this has been one of our best villas yet. From the decor inside to the extra little touches like coffee for the coffee machine, dishwasher tablets, and everything we could have needed. We are a family of 6, so this villa suited us perfectly. The pools were lovely. There's one shallow one for smaller ones to cool off and splash around. We had one day where we woke up and the pool was looking abit dirty so all I had to do was give the owners a quick message and Carlos was there within 2 hours to fully clean the pool ready to use again. Cannot fault anything at all. We will certainly be re booking :) Thank you, ladies”

“wir waren schon häufiger auf der Insel, aber so ein tolles Haus hatten wir noch nie. die Ausstattung ist super, es ist super sauber, nach einer Woche kam eine Putzkolonne, die das ganze Haus gereinigt hat, schnell und ordentlich, dazu gab es neue Handtücher und Bettbezüge. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer an Vanessa oder Suzanne wenden. Man ist mit dem Auto in fünf Minuten an der Promenade von Playa blanca. wir waren restlos begeistert und kommen gern wieder! vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!”

“Wat een heerlijk verblijf hebben wij gehad! Het huis is heerlijk groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden lagen erg fijn. De zwembaden waren echt top, qua temperatuur ook heerlijk. We hebben er halverwege december lekker in gezwommen:) contact met de eigenaresse verliep ook top, ze is ontzettend vriendelijk en ook de villamanager was onwijs aardig. Snelle reactie en er werd voor ons zelfs een extra tussentijdse schoonmaak geregeld. We zouden dit huis bij iedereen aanraden!”

“La casa estaba muy bien equipada y limpia, con todo lujo de detalles y sin escatimar en nada. Todo lo que podías necesitar en un momento dado lo tenía. Hemos estado muy a gusto, la zona era tranquila, con vistas preciosas, y hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina.”
