Na 600 metara od glavne ceste prema Morairi, u mirnoj okolici, pristupate našoj svojini preko ćorsokaka sa električnom kapijom. Dostupna su vam 2 parkirna mjesta. Kroz vanjsku stepenicu dolaziće do vašeg spratnog dijela. Ulazite kroz dnevni boravak odakle su svi prostori direktno dostupni. Postoje 3 spavaće sobe sa klima uređajem i centralnim grijanjem te 2 kupaone sa toaletom i sušilom za kosu. Jedna sa tušem i jedna sa kadom. Otvorena kuhinja nije velika, ali raspolaže sa: električna peć, mikrovalovna pećnica, čajnik, aparat za sendviče, aparat za kavu i frižider. Dnevni boravak ima televizor sa satelitskom antenom tako da možete gledati mnoge strane kanale kao što su holandski, engleski, njemački i španjolski. Vani se nalazi terasa sa puno hlada, privatni bazen sa ležaljkama, čajnica sa stolom za blagovanje, vanjska kuhinja sa roštilja i električna peć. Dalje u vrtu sa voćnjacima nalazi se nekoliko sjedišta. VAŽNO je napomenuti da je ovo jedan sprat vile. Mi živimo gore. Ali svi sadržaji poput vanjskog prostora i bazena su isključivo za vas. Za električni dio koji potrošite, naplaćujemo 0,25 eura/kWh. Za tu svrhu instaliran je brojač. Međutim, imate dnevni doplatak od 15 kWh što bi trebalo biti više nego dovoljno za normalnu upotrebu. Ovo je samo za slučaj ekstremne potrošnje. Živimo na gornjem katu. Vidjet ćete nas pri dolasku i pri odlasku, a ako nam trebate, na primjer za savjete o lokalitetu ili restoranima, mi smo dostupni. Imamo dvije plahe mačke koje možete vidjeti u vrtu. Zahtijevamo polog od 250 eura koji se plaća mjesec dana prije dolaska. Vraćen će se u roku od 2 tjedna nakon odlaska.

“We spent lovely two weeks at this property in August and would surely recommend it! The villa is spotless clean, everything is as described, big clean and very well maintained pool, villa has everything you might need whether it is for cooking or spending time playing games, etc. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen which is well situated so that you don’t melt in the heat. :) The beaches are easily accessible by car and we’ve had a chance to explore quite a bit of surrounding villages/towns. SUP lovers note that board rental is much cheaper at the port compared to the one straight at the beach, but the port is only accessible on foot which can be quite a hot walk. Ronald and Belen are very nice and discreet hosts, helped us a lot with advice and always were quick with responding. Recommend! 👌🏻”

“The accommodation, pool and large outside space were very clean, spacious and well equipped. The additional outside kitchen with gas barbecue was great and the property had sun all day in June when we visited. Its a very quite area with lovely forest views from the property. Inside the property is spacious and the double bed was very comfortable. The hosts were great and made us feel very welcome and were easily contactable. Well located and few minutes drive to several good supermarkets and 5 minutes drive to the beaches in Moraira with so many lovely restaurants etc. Would 100% recommend staying at this property.”

“Le calme de cette propriété nous a été très profitable pour passer un séjour très agréable dans une jolie maison avec toutes les commodités et en compagnie des écureuils et des cigales. “Nous sommes venus en famille, passer 2 semaines dans cette magnifique maison. La vue est magnifique, les environs tres agreables, la maison tout confort et la piscine a la hauteur des attentes des enfants. La villa est tres bien situee, tres proche du centre ville et des supermaches. Les hotes sont tres accueillants et tres a l ecoute. Bref nous avons passe un excellent sejour et j espere avoir la chance de revenir tres bientot a la villa Juliana”

“Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, für Familien super geeignet ruhige Lage jedoch nicht weit von Moraira und den Stränden. Wenn man Roland brauchte war er immer verfügbar ansonsten hat jeder sein eigenes Reich. Besonders genossen haben wir den Pool, den Pavillon mit der Außenküche. Wir werden wiederkommen.”
