“We spent a month at Frank's place and had a wonderful time. The apartment is located in the city center, very close to all the attractions. We found all the necessary amenities for cooking, and to work remotely during weekdays. Also, one thing that it's very important for us is that the apartment was sparkling clean. Frank gave us clear instructions for both check-in and check-out, and he was very responsive to all our questions and messages. The location is excellent during the carnival of Puerto de la Cruz, as it's right at the heart of the party. The only unexpected thing was that the apartment was a bit cold when the weather outside was cold. However, this wasn't much of an issue for us as most days were sunny. I would undoubtedly return to Frank's place when I visit Puerto de la Cruz again.”

“Frank's apartment is in a great location between the ocean promenade and the Plaza del Charco, a lively park of outdoor cafes and restaurants, and it's also in walking distance of literally hundreds of shops. But when you get back to the apt you will be in a very quiet place thanks to the double glazed sound isolating windows and balcony doors! The apt was super clean when I arrived, my thanks to the cleaning staff. The Wifi was super fast and it never failed, great for remote workers About 6 blocks away is the bus terminal (Intercambiador) that goes to Santa Cruz and both the north and south airports. I enjoyed my 1 month stay here and I definitely recommend it.”

“Ubytování je přímo v centru, ideální pro ty, kteří chtějí mít vše po ruce – restaurace, přístav i centrální parkoviště. Byt je prostorný, dobře větratelný díky oknům na dvě strany, výtah k dispozici. Kuchyně a skříně sice staršího stylu, ale plně funkční. Měli jsme jen jednu sadu klíčů – stačila, ale dvě by byly praktičtější. V období karnevalu byl slyšet ruch z ulice, a to i přes kvalitní okna; ranní zásobování může rušit při spaní s otevřenými okny. Pro partu přátel skvělá volba, pro rodiny s dětmi bych doporučil spíše klidnější lokalitu.”

“Great and convenient space! Outside the tourist part of the city you felt like a local here. It was very loud at night but a good set of ear plugs and the blinds helped it stay dark. Thank you Frank!”

“La casa es correcta, pero para el precio que hemos pagado no es gran cosa. La ubicación es céntrica y cómoda pero había bastante ruido, dificultades para aparcar y la casa es bastante oscura. Otro tema que personalmente no me ha entusiasmado es que, aunque Airbnb traduzca los mensajes, el dueño ni siquiera se moleste en escribir en castellano a los huéspedes, para la próxima intentaremos que nuestro dinero vaya para alguien local o al menos con mayor voluntad de integrarse.”
